Painter

We are looking for experienced painters with a minimum of 5 years of commercial and/or residential painting experience. Candidates should be skilled in surface preparation, painting, staining, and finishing using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. Must be dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to maintaining clean, professional work areas. The ability to work well with a team and interact professionally with customers and residents is essential.

Carpenter

We are looking for experienced carpenters with a minimum of 5 years of commercial and/or residential carpentry experience. Candidates should be skilled in framing, drywall, doors, cabinets, molding, finish carpentry, repairs, and renovations, with the ability to read plans and accurately measure, cut, and install materials. Must be dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to quality workmanship. The ability to work well with a team and interact professionally with customers and residents is essential.

Driver/ Laborer

We are looking for dependable drivers/laborers with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience and knowledge of construction materials. Responsibilities include safely delivering painting, carpentry, and construction supplies to job sites throughout NYC, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining delivery schedules. When not driving, candidates must be willing and able to assist field crews with general labor, painting, carpentry, and other job-site tasks. Must be reliable, safety-conscious, flexible, and able to work well as part of a team.
